Indoor pool protocol

In order to offer you the safest and most responsible visit possible, a number of rules have been drawn up which we must all abide by. We ask you to take the following into account:

For a visit to the indoor swimming pool, you must make a reservation. Through this website you can make a reservation 2 days in advance. To make a reservation, you select 'Vakantiepark de Luttenberg' as holiday park and the relevant period for the indoor swimmingpool reservation. The reservation is made for a period of 1,5 hours. You will then receive a confirmation in your e-mail and upon the selected day you may collect your entrance ticket at the reception. We kindly ask you to come only at the prearranged time, not earlier than 10 minutes.

Please take the walking route into account. Currently, a maximum of 20 guests per period is allowed in the indoor pool. The walking route starts at the usual entrance and you can exit via the wellness area. Please put your clothes in the appropriate racks which you can easily take back with you when you leave, once your period has ended. Do not bring any valuables with you.We are not responsible for damage and/or theft of your valuables.

As usual, please keep the prescribed distance of 1.5 metres. Children up to- and including 12 years of age do not have to keep a distance from each other, but ages above must ensure this distance.

Before visiting the swimming pool, we kindly ask you to go to the toilet at your accommodation or in our sanitary buildings in advance, in order to keep toilet use to a minimum. Please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds prior to your visit. The toilet can only be used in emergencies. The same applies to the use of the showers and changing rooms. You must put on your swimwear in your accommodation. After passing the entrance gate, you can immediately put your 'overwear' and other belongings in your bag on the right-hand side of the fitting rooms and deposit them in the sauna area, in the white racks designated for this purpose. After swimming you can change your clothes in this area of the wellness.

The indoor swimming pool has been designed in such a way that touches with doors, fences, benches, etc. can be kept to a minimum.

We kindly ask you to stay at home, if:
  • You have one of the following (also mild) symptoms during the last 24 hours: rhinitis, coughing, shortness of breath or fever. We also ask you to go home immediately if these symptoms occur during the activity.
  • If somebody in your household has a fever (from 38˚C onwards) and/or shortness of breath. If everyone has no more complaints for 24 hours, you are allowed to exercise and go outside again.
  • Someone in your household tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19). As you may fall ill up to 14 days after the last contact with this person, you should stay at home until 14 days after the last contact when this person was still contagious. Please follow the advice of the Municipal Health Services.
  • You have had the virus (COVID-19) (identified by a lab test) and this has been diagnosed in the last 7 days;
  • You are in home isolation because you have had direct contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the new coronavirus'.
