We are closely monitoring developments concerning the coronavirus and are doing our best to ensure that you have a safe holiday. We follow the current measures and guidelines of the RIVM, the GGD and the government and we follow the advice of the safety region IJsselland. Your and our health and safety is our highest priority. Naturally, we trust that you will follow the guidelines and stay at home with any disease complaints, just like all our employees.
As a holiday park surrounded by nature, Holiday park de Luttenberg is the ideal destination to enjoy your holiday carefree. We offer the possibility to rent bikes and go-karts and we have numerous cycling routes available for all ages, to discover the rural and beautiful surroundings of Luttenberg. In addition, our entertainment team ensures a holiday full of activities during school holidays, with a 'coronaproof' programme if necessary. You can play tennis, mini golf, and enjoy one of the great hiking trails available at our park for free. What about the 'belevingsroute' that is located right next to our park? We are looking forward to welcoming you to our park and have designed our facilities in such a way that you can enjoy your holiday in the open air with peace of mind.

Restaurant and snackbar
Our restaurant and snack bar are open. Take-away food is also available in our catering facilities. You can also get takeaway meals from the snack bar here. For the current opening hours please refer to the opening hours posted at the entrance to the reception, the information boards and the entrance to the catering facilities.
Swimming pools & Wellness
The outdoor pool will be open from Saturday 1 May and our indoor pool will be open from 19 May! For the indoor pool you need to make a reservation (from 2 days in advance). You can find more information on the page protocol indoor pool. To let everyone have fun, you can register for time slots of 1 hour. You will then receive a confirmation in the mail. You can pick up your swimming pool pass at the reception desk 10 minutes before the start. You must come dressed and it is not possible to shower. This must be done at your own accommodation or campsite. Unfortunately, the wellness area is closed.Sanitary facilities
We have taken extra hygiene measures to ensure safety. Both in the sanitary buildings and at various locations throughout the park, there are dispensers with disinfection that you can use free of charge.
The front office and shop are opened and our colleagues are pleased to assist you. To prevent the virus from spreading, no more than 4 people are allowed in the reception area. Please come alone if possible and try to reach the reception desk by telephone if possible.
If you wish to cancel a reservation, we apply the Recron conditions as mentioned below. Should you be ill or have corona yourself, then you can probably claim these costs with your cancellation insurance.

In the event of facilities being shut down, imposed by the RIVM and the government:
Exceptions to the Recron conditions
Should we not be allowed to open our toilet buildings or swimming pools due to the Corona measures, we will offer you, 21 days before arrival at the latest, the opportunity to change your stay to another period.This is because we consider these to be essential facilities of our campsite. For the other facilities, we always follow all measures imposed on us by the government, to make it possible to enjoy them according to the measures. We cannot guarantee any further compensation or concession to our guests. From 21 days until the day of arrival, the normal Recron conditions apply if you still wish to cancel.
In the event of travel restrictions imposed on us by the government,
we offer you the possibility to change your holiday up to 7 days before arrival to another period in case of the following travel restrictions:
- Closed border in country of origin or country of destination;
- Travel restrictions from the government of country of origin or country of destination;
- Quarantine obligation upon arrival at the destination and/or return combined with a negative travel advice from your government. The above must be communicated on the official website of the Dutch government or the government of the country of destination.
