At the park

Can I charge my electric car?

In the large car park opposite the reception - next to the transformer house - two parking spaces have been specially set up for your electric car. For a fee, you can use the electric charging stations. You are not allowed to charge your car at your accommodation/campsite. Would you please make room for another electric car to be charged as soon as possible after completing the charging of your car? Thank you in advance!
 

Is the park wheelchair accessible?

We have done our best to make the holiday park as wheelchair-friendly as possible. Most facilities are at ground level or can be accessed via a ramp. In addition, we have disabled-friendly sanitary facilities in toilet block number 14 (on the map). Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for the disabled and/or wheelchair-bound.

Can I park my car at my place of stay?

It's not You may not park your car everywhere. You may not park your car on the car-free field (K-field), nor may you park a car near a comfort pitch with private sanitary facilities, safari tent and/or the mountain lodges 329 to 340.

Please also remember our speed limit on the park. The maximum permitted speed on the park is 5 kilometres per hour. For the safety of the children, we ask you to drive at walking pace. 

Where can I deposit my rubbish?

At the front of our holiday park, next to the bicycle rental, you will find a waste disposal area. Here you can dispose of your household waste in bin bags in the designated container. Glass, plastic and paper are separated from other waste.

Bulky waste, such as ground cover, rugs and garden chairs, may not be left in the containers. You should bring this waste yourself.

You can leave your empty batteries in reception. 

Where can I find the park's opening hours?

Holiday park de Luttenberg is a wonderful seasonal business. This means that we are open from 1 April to 1 October in terms of facilities such as the indoor pool, wellness, catering and shop. You can find the current opening hours under contact on this page. Changes are subject to change. If you want to make sure the reception is open, please call?

My reservation

At what time is check-in and check-out possible?

We are pleased that you are spending your holiday at Vakantiepark de Luttenberg! You are welcome in your accommodation from 3pm and on your camping pitch from 2pm. Will you be arriving earlier? No problem at all. You are welcome to use our facilities, but we cannot guarantee that your pitch or accommodation will be ready for you.

On the day of departure, you must leave the rental accommodation clean, undamaged and faultless before 10.00 o'clock. We ask you to leave your pitch before 12.00 o'clock to make room for the guests who arrive later that day.

I will be arriving after the reception closing time. How do I get to my accommodation and/or camping pitch?

Welcome to Vakantiepark de Luttenberg! We hope you enjoyed your journey.

We understand that you will arrive after the closing time of the reception. No problem at all! However, we would appreciate it if you would let us know in advance. You can do this by sending us an e-mail to receptie@luttenberg.nl or by calling 0572 - 30 14 05. Once you have paid for your booking, we will make sure there is an envelope ready for you with all the necessary information. Please note the one-way traffic on our park. Thank you in advance and we wish you a pleasant stay!

I want to cancel my stay

We are sorry that you wish to cancel your stay with us. We therefore often advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance in advance of their stay.

Cancellation does often entail costs. The amount of the cancellation costs depends on the date of cancellation. The closer you come to the arrival date, the higher the costs.

I would like to choose the exact location of my stay. Is that possible?

We understand that you would like to choose the exact location of your accommodation, so that you can be sure you are booking an accommodation that suits your needs in terms of location. In the booking process, you can select your preferred location under 'preference'. A preferred location costs € 25,00 extra for accommodation. We charge €12,50 extra for camping. If you do not want a preferred location, simply proceed to the next step and we will choose a number for you within the same accommodation category. 

Do I have to bring my own bed linen for my rented accommodation?

Bed linen is included in all Bergalows, Safari tents and Boslodges. You must bring your own towels or if necessary book them separately. For the Hikers Cabin and Bergadrome you have to bring your own bed linen.

When you stay 2 weeks or more in a Bergalow, Safari tent or Boslodge, you can change your used sheets for clean ones free of charge after 2 weeks. Please stop by the reception and we will make sure that new sheets are brought to you. 

Something has changed in my (personal)data. How do I adjust this?

Has something changed, or did you make a typo in your personal details or in the details of your travel group? No problem. In 'My Luttenberg' you can easily change your contact information, your travel companion information, your license plate number or your login information. You can also use My Luttenberg to add extras to your booking. In order to do so go to 'My stay' and then go to 'Request extras'. Have a nice stay!

My travelgroup changes. I am coming with more/less people than I booked for.

If your accommodation type allows you to come with more people, it is possible to book an extra person. To change your travel group, please contact the reception. You can send us an e-mail to receptie@luttenberg.nl, but we can also be reached by phone at 0031-572-301405.

How can I check the availability of the park

Thank you for your interest in staying at Vakantiepark de Luttenberg! 

In the booking process, via search & book, you will see the map, if you indicate that you want to make a reservation with a preference. You will then see red arrows indicating locations that are occupied and green arrows indicating places that are available. More information about a preferential reservation can be found under the question 'I would like to choose the exact location for my accommodation. Is that possible?', under the heading 'My stay/booking'. See you soon!

Payment

Do I need to pay a deposit for my reservation?

Yes, we would like to receive 25% of the total amount as a deposit within two weeks after making your reservation. We would like to receive the remainding amount 6 weeks before your arrival.

There is no number of my accommodation/campsite on the invoice. Where am I staying?

It may indeed be true that there is no number on your invoice. This is because we do not allocate you a definitive place until your arrival. By not guaranteeing a place, we can allocate bookings as optimally as possible and everyone can book a holiday for the desired period.

Do you want a certain place? Then you can indicate this in your booking and pay € 25.00 preferential fee for accommodation. For a camping pitch you pay € 7.50. Have you already made your booking and want to reserve a specific pitch afterwards? Then please contact reception (receptie@luttenberg.nl or 0572-301405) and we will make sure you still get your desired pitch. 

I have not received a confirmation. What now?

You will receive your reservation receipt/invoice no later than 1 week after requesting the reservation. This reservation receipt is your and our proof of booking.

Should I consider additional costs?

The price shown via the search&book option includes booking fees. Tourist tax is also shown on your invoice and paid in advance. You do not have to pay it on arrival. Isn't that nice?

Which payment options does Vakantiepark de Luttenberg accept?

At the reception, the shop and in the restaurants, you can pay with your debit card, credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard), cash and Apple Pay.

Surroundings

Are there other restaurants and/or catering establishments nearby?

Having a nice dinner out? Quite right, it is holiday after all! Come and have a bite to eat in our cosy Snackplaza.

Want to go somewhere other than Snackplaza? You can. In the village of Luttenberg, Café de Schoenmaker and Café Spoolder are just 5 minutes away by bike. Also take a look in the surrounding towns or visit one of the cosy terraces in Raalte, at 25-30 minutes cycling distance.

Where can I do extensive shopping? Are there any supermarkets nearby?

In reception, you will find the shop. Here you can buy freshly baked rolls and small forgotten groceries.

For groceries, you can go to the Coop in the village of Luttenberg. It is a 5-minute bike ride from the holiday park. Furthermore, larger supermarkets such as the Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Aldi in Raalte are 20-25 minutes away by bike.

Extras

Does my pitch have an electricity connection

Every camping pitch has an electricity connection. Each pitch includes free 10 amp (2,300 watt) electricity*. The electricity boxes near the pitches are unlocked and connected in a child-friendly way. In the unlikely event that you do not have power, you can check the box to see if a fuse or earth leakage switch has been tripped. It is advisable to turn off all appliances before switching it on again. Can't figure it out? Then we will be happy to help!

* Not for (pre)seasonal guests, June and September monthly campers

May I invite visitors to come and have a look at Holiday Park de Luttenberg?

How nice that you are so enthusiastic about Vakantiepark de Luttenberg and that you would like to show the park to your visitor. Visitors are allowed and can report to reception. Day visitors are free of charge and are allowed until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, they cannot use the park's facilities. Will your visit stay overnight? Then this is possible for a fee and you should inform reception. They may then also use the facilities. 

My gas bottle is empty. Can I exchange it with you?

Yes! While stocks last, you can buy or exchange various propane gas cylinders through reception. 

Do I have to pay for sanitary facilities at the park?

No, showering is absolutely free with us. No hassle with coins, just a maximum shower time of 7 minutes.

On the park you will find our toilet building ‘de Molshoop’ on the map.  This special building has first-class toilets, wash and shower rooms, private sanitary facilities and family showers. Each shower is very spacious and has its own washbasin. Extra unique is the themed children's sanitary facilities. It will be a treat for the kids to jump in the shower and brush their teeth! You will also find disabled sanitary facilities, a microwave oven and for a fee you can use the washing machines and a dryer.

Children under 6 must be accompanied when using the showers and toilets. The building is not intended as a playground for children and is non-smoking. 

Can my pet come with me on holiday?

Of course, your dog is welcome at our 5-star Holiday Park to enjoy a wonderful holiday! Cats are unfortunately not allowed.

One dog is allowed per accommodation and two dogs are allowed per camping pitch. However, some accommodation does not allow pets. These numbers are indicated next to the accommodation.

You can walk your dog outside the park. Between pitch 64 and Bergalow 77 is an entrance to the forest and you can also leave the park via the main entrance. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, even near the accommodation or pitch. You can use the vending machines at the park with dog waste bags. 

Can I wash and dry at the campsite?

Yes! There are 2 washing machines and a dryer in our sanitary building the Molshoop. You can operate them digitally. There is a (free) spin programme in the washing machines. The instructions are posted in the launderette.

Washing costs €5.50 and drying costs €2.00. You pay on site by (contactless) pin. 

What about water supply and drainage at my pitch?

The pitches have their own water tap. You will need a tap key for this. These are available at reception for €2.50. Will you return the key on departure? Then you will get the € 2.50 back, but of course you can also keep it as a souvenir or to use at another park!

The pitches are equipped with a waste water drain. There is a removable cap on the side where the drain hose can be hung. Unfortunately, there is no odour trap between these, so we recommend that you check that visitors before you have reinserted the cap. Should the hose be smaller than the opening, we advise you to place a cloth in the opening around the hose which will then stop any smells. 

Is there a TV connection at my pitch?

Each camping pitch has a television connection. We offer digital television (via a dish system centrally located on the park), all you need is a TV capable of receiving digital channels and an aerial (cai) cable for between the connection in the cupboard and the television.
Don't have a CAI cable? No worries. We sell the cables at the reception.

It may be necessary to have your TV search for channels again. The signal is only transmitted digitally.

Don't have a digital signal? Then you can connect an inverter to your TV that converts digital channels to analogue.

Can I use internet at the park?

Yes! Free and paid premium wireless internet are available on the park. Reception and speed may vary depending on location and circumstances, but in principle, you can use free internet anywhere and at any location on the park. Do you find that insufficient? Then you can opt for the paid premium wifi.  

Via your wifi settings, select ‘Luttenberg wifi’. A website will open automatically with a login screen. Does this page not open automatically? It often helps to open your browser (internet) and select any website in your internet browser. The login page will then appear automatically.
